First, I want to say I’m extremely happy with all the procedures done by Dr. Nahhas. I’ve had varicose veins on both legs for many years and during that time I’ve had a few different procedures including stripping and surgery. Those were so painful that when the varicose veins came back I suffered again with pain, swelling, heaviness and restless legs. I recently decided I had to try something again and went to a doctor where we live who said it would take 4 surgeries in the hospital to fix my legs. Then I found Dr. Nahhas, he explained the 2 procedures he could do in his office and answered all my questions. He started with 4 Varithena and then 2 Microphlebectomies. I was awake for all procedures, had minimal discomfort and was able to do all regular activities. My legs feel and look so much better and the results were above my expectations. I wish I would’ve found Dr. Nahhas and his staff sooner, it was well worth the 2 hour drive each way for each procedure.

I just had my follow up from my treatments. Extremely happy with the results. I had moderate varicose in both legs with pain, swelling and heaviness. Aside from some tenderness where they did the injections my Symptoms are gone.

I have been seeing Dr Nahhas for quite some time now as a cardiologist and as a vascular surgeon. He has done multiple procedures on my legs for varicose veins, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his staff. I have always felt very comfortable with them and they welcome you as if you were family or a close friend. I had a VenaSeal procedure on the great saphenous vein on my right leg on 02/03/2026 and a RF ablation on my left leg on the small sephenous vein behind my knee on 02/15/2026. Dr Nahhas done both and things couldn’t have went any smoother. Everything was explained to me step by step before, during & after. The girls in the office as well as ultrasound techs were great explaining what was going on. Both procedures are between 20-30 minutes. There really isn’t any pain involved during or after. I drove myself home after both and continued my normal workout routine of walking(3-4 miles daily) and rebounding that afternoon. If you’re having problems with your veins it’s definitely worth having these procedures done. I feel so much better since I did.

Everything about this office is very professional. Everyone is personable and polite. The work I had done was extensive but the doctor and staff were very patient and gentle. Dr explained every step he was taking during the procedure. I highly recommend this for any vein therapy you may need.

I see Dr. Ahed Nahhas at the Toledo Clinic Vein Center. I was diagnosed with a vein disease known as venous reflux. My symptoms in both my legs were pain, cramping, restlessness and heaviness. As well as fatigue. Living an active life was more difficult with these symptoms.The valves in my veins were not working properly to keep the blood flow to my heart. The diagnosis was confirmed with an ultrasound test of my legs. My condition was treated with a procedure called VenaSeal. The diseased veins were closed redirecting the blood flow to healthy veins! The procedure was very tolerable and done in the office. The relief of symptoms is very soon after vein is closed! I was pleasantly surprised how great I felt in a couple of days! Dr. Nahhas and his medical team including nurses and ultrasound technologists are exceptional. They are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them. I’m very grateful for them! I’m very happy to be back to living an active life without the pain!

Dr. Nahhas and his staff did an excellent job of closing off a major vein in my left leg in 2025. The procedure was repeated in 2026, along with minor veins in both legs. One month later, both legs feel good and swelling has been reduced.

I recently had three procedures done for varicose veins that were causing pain and burning in my left leg.Each procedure was simple, fast and resulted in little pain. The results were incredible and the pain and heaviness is gone.The bulging appearance is also gone. Dr. Nahhas took the time to explain everything and always answered my questions. Dr. Nahhas is the best doctor I’ve ever been to! I came to him with achy and itchy varicose veins on both the fronts and back of my legs at only 30 years old! 🙁 I received treatment tailored to each vein. Dr. Nahhas treated four different veins over four different appointments. The methods of treatment I had done were: Varithena, VenaSeal, and two phlebectomies. Every appointment Dr. Nahhas explained everything to me step by step, was so kind, and I felt really really cared for the entire time. I was nervous, but they handled everything with precision and great bedside manner. The procedure was quick and totally successful! I couldn't be happier with the results. In 2016 I went to Dr Nahhas with severe pain in my legs. He performed radio frequency ablation & microphlebectomy on my legs. Immediately I was relieved of the pain. 9 years later I am still pain free! Dr Nahhas is amazing, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Nahhas is a phenomenal vein specialist. I asked about continuing vein swelling and discoloration in my ankles, but no one really had any solutions. One morning one of my veins spontaneously ruptured and blood started squirting out of my ankle and I had blood all over the walls, puddles of blood on the floors and it happened twice in two weeks. The urgent care was able to stitch the vein and gave me this referral and recommended I see him. Over 3-4 months, I had four procedures of RFA and Varithena injections in both of my legs. Dr. Nahhas explained everything he does in detail and explains why and is very patient answering questions. He has changed my health to be so much better and both of my legs feel and look great. I highly recommend him and his entire staff! They were great to go through this with!

My legs swollen and skin was Really tight on both legs Dr. Nahhas did the full exam and did a Venus procedure on both legs and took care of the problem with the injection of glue Procedure Within 2 to 3 days, both legs, ankles, and feet were back to normal. Had Varithena and radio frequency ablation on my leg veins. The procedure was not painful. It was quick and in weeks I could tell a big difference. My legs were no longer swelling, heavy, aching, no more skin itching and burning. I would recommend this to anyone having leg issues.
